1. Shipping Zones

We currently only offer shipping within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

2. Handling & Production Time

As our products are hand-crafted and made to order, please allow 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday) for production and handling after payment confirmation. This period excludes weekends and UK public holidays.

3. Transit & Delivery Time

Standard UK Delivery: Typically arrives within 5–7 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days from the date of order.

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your specific location within the UK or due to unforeseen carrier delays. We appreciate your patience with the bespoke nature of our products.

4. Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the UK, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
