1. Shipping Zones

We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. The long lead time is due to us hand crafting your product, which is made to order.

3. Shipping Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after orders are processed. 

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UK and any unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays. (Long delivery times are due to the bespoke nature of the order)

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
